About Health Flow

The focus of Health Flow is to improve the quality of life.Many individuals work until age 65 in order to finance the next 20-25 years of dis-ease care. It doesn’t matter if we live to be 100 years old if it is in ill health, what is the point? At Health Flow we believe and teach that our health is our most valuable asset because without good health, it is hard to have good quality of life.

Health Flow teaches individuals self care. On the first visit which is usually 90 minutes vital signs are obtained along with other health assessment tools, complete and detailed assessment of lifestyle, medical and family history is taken as well as a symptom survey which helps to identify areas that may be out of balance. We then establish a plan of care based on client goals along with information obtained through the assessment process.

Whole food supplements are used along with herbs, when appropriate, along with lifestyle changes to meet these goals. At the end of the 90 minute visit, a complimentary30minute MIGUN thermal acupressure treatment is included for stress reduction and relaxation. (www.migunofasheville.com).

The goal of Health Flow is personal empowerment. This is accomplished with education, organic whole food supplements, and or herbs and emotional and spiritual support. In the process you will learn to listen to your own inner wisdom and be able to give your body what it truly needs. Once you are able to listen and work with your body you will begin to have improved quality of life. Health Flow offers support and education through the entire process. Follow up visits range from 30 minutes to one hour. This is to help you with the cost of care as Heath Flow does not accept insurance as a form of payment.
